Remote Full Stack Developer (Java + Spring Boot + GCP + DevOps) | 5–10 Yrs | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong leadership and hands-on technical skills to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and GCP, while leading and mentoring others in modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and ensure performance, scalability & reliability
  • Build and optimize data pipelines in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Harness, and DevOps tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Data Engineers, Product Managers)
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best coding practices
  • Continuously improve architecture, processes, and deployment strategies

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Full Stack Development
  • Experience with GCP and data pipeline development
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Harness
  • Understanding of software design principles & cloud-native architectures
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience with React or Angular
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes or other orchestration tools
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
