We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong leadership and hands-on technical skills to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and GCP, while leading and mentoring others in modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Contribute to architecture discussions and ensure performance, scalability & reliability
- Build and optimize data pipelines in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Harness, and DevOps tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Data Engineers, Product Managers)
- Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best coding practices
- Continuously improve architecture, processes, and deployment strategies
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Full Stack Development
- Experience with GCP and data pipeline development
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Harness
- Understanding of software design principles & cloud-native architectures
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with React or Angular
- Knowledge of Kubernetes or other orchestration tools
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
